Refund Policy

At RevoPlay, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items, and a 30-day policy for opened items, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

All return shipping costs to our warehouse are the full responsibility of the customer.
This applies to ALL return cases — including returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Even in these cases, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized items

Personal care goods (such as hygiene or beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Return shipping costs for exchanges must always be paid by the customer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility in all cases.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
